Supertails reimagines the pet clinic of the future — a transparent, calming, and emotionally intelligent space designed to ease anxiety, build trust, and set new standards in pet care.
The Supertails clinic has been thoughtfully designed as an immersive pet care experience — where calming colors, transparent layouts, and innovative materials come together to create a future-ready space that reduces anxiety, fosters trust, and ensures both pets and their humans feel cared for at every step.
Beyond Care
We prioritized reducing anxiety in pets by carefully selecting materials, lighting, and spatial flow to create a calming atmosphere. A pet’s well-being was at the core of our decisions. At the heart of the Supertails Pet Clinic lies a design philosophy built entirely around pets and their emotional well-being. Every choice—from spatial flow to material selection—was made with the goal of reducing anxiety and creating a safe, welcoming environment. Recognizing how strongly pets mirror their owners’ emotions, the clinic is equally focused on making pet parents feel comfortable and reassured. The result is a holistic space where both pets and their humans can feel genuinely cared for.
Colors have a profound impact on mood, and the Supertails clinic harnesses this through a carefully curated palette. The brand’s signature green brings freshness and vibrancy, while lavender accents introduce a scientifically proven calming effect for both animals and humans. Together, these hues transform the clinic into a soothing environment that fosters relaxation, reduces stress, and makes every visit a positive experience.
Traditional pet stores and clinics often separate treatment or grooming areas behind closed doors, leaving pet parents anxious and pets unsettled. Supertails reimagines this experience with transparency at its core. Open and visible treatment zones ensure that pet parents can always see their pets without overwhelming them. This openness builds trust, enhances reassurance, and redefines the clinic as a place of care rather than confinement.
The Supertails design identity is expressed through innovative use of translucent polycarbonate partitions—a material that allows light to flow while maintaining subtle separations where needed. These partitions are not only visually distinctive but also highly practical, being durable, low-maintenance, and pet-friendly. By blending functionality with aesthetics, the material palette supports the clinic’s larger goal: to create a bright, open, and emotionally intelligent environment.

Clear sightlines reduce feelings of confinement for pets while making navigation intuitive for pet parents. The seamless flow encourages natural interactions, ensures every zone feels connected, and minimizes stress at every step.
